- Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient customer service to help guests select wines.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the wine shop, including inventory management, ordering, and sales tracking.
- Lead wine tastings and educational events for customers.
- Serve dining customers by recommending and serving wines that complement their meals.
- Work closely with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Train and lead a team of staff in wine knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-organized shop environment.

- Proven experience in wine sales, with a strong knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and food pairings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Experience in managing operations, including inventory and staff.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for wine and providing exceptional customer service.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
