Join Our Team as a Security Sales Consultant (Residential)

Base Compensation: $45,000 $50,000 annually.

Monthly Commission Opportunities

Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am 4:00 pm

Pre-Employment Requirements: Motor Vehicle Record Review, Drug screening, and Background Check.

Job Summary:

As a Security Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide top-notch security solutions to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales through cultivating relationships with both new and existing clients.

Major Responsibilities:

Sales:

o Respond to inquiries and requests for security products and services.

o Identify and pursue new security opportunities within the residential sector.

o Collaborate with company resources to tailor security systems to meet client needs.

o Develop and present compelling proposals to potential customers.

o Provide exceptional follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer & Distributor Relations:

o Represent the company at community and industry events to foster relationships and expand our network.

Reporting:

o Regularly submit activity reports to the Director of Life Safety & Home Automation, as well as monthly commission reports to the Controller.

Participation in Companys Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS):

o Uphold the company's core values and passion.

o Engage in weekly L10 meetings.

o Reach a minimum completion rate of 85% of quarterly rocks.

o Nominate and recognize colleagues who embody our core values.

Other Duties as Assigned:

o Flexibility to assist with various tasks and projects as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a personable approach.

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proactive and adaptable team player with a high level of motivation.

Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.

Forward-thinking problem solver with a basic understanding of security specifications.

Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Alignment with the company's core values is essential.

Education & Experience:

Three years of experience in low voltage and/or security industry preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work at a desk for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds when necessary.
