Nor-Cal Controls engineers SCADA and controls solutions for utility-scale renewable energy power plants, and we are looking for a Technical Sales Represenative to join our growing company! As the Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new and existing client relationships throughout the sales cycle and converting proposals into awarded projects . This is a full time, in-office or hybrid role with a base salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 + commission/bonus.

What will a successful Sales & Lead Generation Specialist accomplish in the first 90 days?

• Gain a thorough understanding of Nor-Cals services and offerings.
• Build and develop business relationships with new and existing clients through phones calls, emails, presentations, and marketing.
• Accurately track sales activity through a customer relationship management platform (HubSpot).
• Meet Nor-Cals Core Values.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelors degree in business-related major preferred.
• Three (3) years of direct or business-to-business technical sales experience.
• Two (2) years of SCADA, control systems integration, and/or IT/networking technology-related experience
• Three (3) years of customer relationship management (CRM) software experience, HubSpot preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
