Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their goals by providing administrative assistance, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for sales. Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the sales team - Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations - Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify potential opportunities - Support the development of business proposals and sales contracts - Maintain customer records and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system (Salesforce) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies Requirements: - Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and sales data - Knowledge of outside sales techniques and business development strategies - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Fluency in Spanish is a plus - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships - Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce - Technical sales experience is desirable but not required - Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
