Full description of the position

Beacon 360 Management is in search of a savvy Property Manager for our subsidized, living complex located in Newark, Ohio. Beacon 360 Management is a not-for-profit company providing housing to disadvantaged persons.

Responsibilities include:

• Hands-on leasing, using One Site Management software.
• Maintaining a high level of consistent services for residents,
• Effectively enhancing curb appeal and all-around general condition.
• Accountable for REACs, MORs, and other HUD-related assessments and compliance activities.

Applicants must be able to:

• Work independently,
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Have a minimum of one (1) year of general supervisory experience in a property management capacity,
• HUD subsidized property management experience is preferred, but not required,
• Senior living management experience is preferred, but not required
• A college degree is preferred, but not required,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required,
• Experience with One Site software is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
