ABC Exteriors specializes in insurance claims for storm restoration. Roofing, siding, windows, gutters are the majority of the work that we do.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales / Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a go-getter attitude and self-motivated individuals. Compensation is in the top of this industry with a 50/50 profit split. You could earn $75,000 - $150,000+ in your first year. Top sales representatives made over $400,000 in 2023.

Most of our business is based in Twin Cities metro and performed primarily in the field or remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Canvass and door-knock potential sales
- Inspect properties for damages (hail/wind/tree/etc)
- File insurance claims with homeowners
- Execute contract with homeowners
- Attend inspections / adjuster meetings
- Collect insurance checks and progress payments from homeowners
- Present and select colors and options for materials with homeowners
- Coordinate installation with in-house project managers
- Coordinate with in-house estimators on missed scope
- Gather necessary information and pictures for estimators and project managers
- Enter all project data into CRM - AccuLynx

Requirements:
- Be able to climb roofs safely
- Be comfortable with ladders and heights
- Must valid driver's license have reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred)
- Age: 18+
- Outgoing personality (this role is not ideal for introverts)

Preferred Skills:
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Outside sales experience is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience is preferred, but no experience necessary to apply.
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
- Door-to-door: 1 year (Preferred)

Compensation:
- 6% Office Fee
- 50/50 Profit Split - Commission paid upon job completion
- Performance Bonus
- Average Compensation per job is $7,000-$10,000 per completed Job, depending on size and complexity of scope.

Alternative Compensation:
- 5% of Gross Invoiced Job Revenue for scheduled leads (appointments). No contract signing or climbing roofs/doing inspections. All that's necessary is to door knock and secure a scheduled appointment for one of our staff to take the job through all the next steps.
- Average job at ABC Exteriors is approximately $40k. For average job, 5% compensation would equal $2,000.00

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- Weekends as required
