THE COMPANY:

Queen Appliance was founded in 1966 and currently operates 2 retail showrooms, a wholesale sales division, and an outside sales program in the major appliance industry. We employ over 30 team members (and growing) and pride ourselves on a culture of family values, teamwork, and commitment to our loyal customers. Our sales revenue has grown significantly in the past few years, so now we are expanding our retail sales team to better serve our mission of providing a premium experience to our customers and employees alike.

THE POSITION:

Full-Time Retail Sales Consultant. ~38-40 Hours Per Week. Some Weekends Off (Alternating Schedule), Although Weekends Are Your Biggest Earning Opportunity

COMPENSATION: $50,000 - $90,000+

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be accessible to both the Phoenixville and King of Prussia locations
• No appliance experience necessary (extensive appliance product and policy training is provided)
• Must be comfortable in a commission-based environment.
• Some sales experience preferred but not required
• Proficient with email and basic web browsing
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Punctual
• Dedicated to building your own business of repeat and referral customers
• Motivated to follow up on sales leads
• Ability to learn from your mistakes
• Adaptable to assist customers of all personality types
• Keep up with industry and product changes
• Self-motivated to hustle

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers in the appliance product selection process
• Facilitate the sale from the quoting process through delivery and post-sale follow-up
• Advocate for your customer's best interests
• Respond to emails and voicemails promptly with attention to detail and an excellent customer experience
• Attend manufacturer training sessions as scheduled'
