Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative with experience in the door industry to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of doors and related products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Office is required.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries and orders from customers via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers
• Process orders accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
• Assist with inventory management and maintenance
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

Requirements:

• Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in the door industry
• Knowledge of various types of doors, Moldings, hardware, and related products
• Fluent in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and order processing software
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
