Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate is looking to learn about hotel sales and work with a great company. Must have excellent customer service and ambition

Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning and marketing campaigns
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management or related role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
- Technical sales experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
