Operations & Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of managers and department heads, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Evaluate and mitigate operational risks, implementing appropriate controls and measures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Optimize business processes, workflows, and systems to streamline operations and maximize efficiency. Collaborate with the CEO and other executives in setting company-wide goals and strategies. Communicate with overseas operations teams to ensure compliance with local laws and customs. Willingness to learn all aspects of exporting such as regulations, compliance, documentation, international trade practices, shipping logistics, and inventory management. Required to be fluent in Mandarin. Proficiency in Taiwanese and Marshallese is not required but highly desired.
