Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant and Inventory Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Answering phones, checking in customers, handling money, checking out customers, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting warehouse operations.

Duties:
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Monitor inventory movements and update records in the database
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and organization of products
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Utilize inventory management software to track and report inventory data
- Identify discrepancies or issues with inventory levels and take corrective actions

-Help check customers in for service in the morning

-Answer phones and return calls

-Call customers when their vehicle is completed and perform quality checks

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory management, e-commerce, or warehouse operations preferred
- Knowledge of materials handling, supply chain management, and production planning
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software such as Tableau
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate forklifts safely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
