BDC Representative

Responsibilities

• Work in close partnership with the Sales and Rental teams
• Manage prospect inquiries via chat and social platforms
• Complete phone and email follow-ups
• Process applications for underwriting
• Establish and maintain on-going client relationship
• Support other business development team members
• Provides administrative assistance as needed
• Contribute to the overall success of the organization

Competencies

• Able to multi-task under prioritize
• Conducts professionally and works well under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Dealership experience - A MUST
• Digital marketing experience - preferred
• Bi-lingual a plus

Work Environment

• This job operates in a professional office environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
