We are immediately hiring highly motivated and qualified sales representatives. Qualified applicants will demonstrate the ability to educate and acquire new business opportunities in a professional and timely manner. Previous experience in construction and/or roofing sales is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.

Details:

• This position is for a residential roofing sales representative.
• We do supply leads, but you will be required to generate your own as well.
• Commission is based on the total sale. Avg commission ranges from $1,000 $2,000.
• Honesty and integrity are foundational.
• Ability to provide ongoing general support to our clients as needed
• Ability to learn and use our technology, including our CRM and Email.
• Weekly pay period, Draw and Commission
• Competitive commission-based pay (Draws on verified signed contracts)
• Meeting face to face with customers following the inspection to explain the damages found and make them feel comfortable regarding the process of moving forward.
• Must be able to climb ladders, walk on (most) roofs and perform basic math.
• Must have professional appearance and good communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to take direction from management while also being self-sufficient
• Determination and motivation to meet and beat sales goals
• Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED
• Previous Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• We will train the right person.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Locally established, BCR is hiring top sales producers in the area due to explosive demand from recent storms that have affected thousands of property owners. Current Sales Associates are making over $10k+ each month.
• Work outdoors independent - create your own schedule!
• Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to get on ladder and perform roof inspections.
• Assist homeowners filling insurance claims for property damage due to storm damage/catastrophic events.
• Work with insurance adjusters, write estimates, scope properties, properly contract jobs.
• Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be energetic, social and have great people skills.
• Maintain a great attitude and inspire/motivate others.
• Potential to move up into Sales Management positions, with ownership possibility.
• This job is 100% commission. Weekly draws are available.
• Up to 20 hours of paid training (classroom and in-field training with current sales associates)
