Salary: $45000.00 - $60000.00 per year

• Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
• Ensure that the Steve Wilson Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
• Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
• Responsible for accurate underwriting.
• Ensure all documents are received and signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.

• Current Property and Casualty insurance license requires or ability to obtain with in 30 days of hire.
