Full description of the position

The REC Center is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable person to take over our daily operations.

Overview: Sales Promotions and Store Manager, one should be able to create and publicize marketing incentives to increase sales. He or she is responsible for planning advertising campaigns and designing promotional materials. Common promotions are contests, giveaways, coupons, samples, rewards, and discounts. A Sales Promotions and Store Manager uses different media to advertise the promo. While maintaining promotions and instore design it is crucial to ensure the store is staffed, orders are placed, and customers are satisfied.

The objective of the store manager is to ensure that the customers that come in have a great educational experience. It is the job of the manager to train staff on the benefits of cannabis and how our products can help with customer ailments.

Daily task:

Maintain posted hours with knowledgeable staff

Keep shelves stocked

Ensure our vision of customer service is being carried out by all team members

Maintain a clean store

Weekly task:

Social media promotions

Bank deposits

Schedule

Continue knowledge about the human body and its benefits through botanicals

KPI :

Maintain weekly sales objective

Promote every day on social media

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,987.00 - $61,859.00 per year
