Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for technology sales and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our software products and services

- Identify and qualify sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Utilize ACT to track customer interactions, update information, and manage sales pipeline

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets

- Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers

- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with customers

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings

Experience:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,770.00 - $66,258.00 per year
