Guardian Training Center (GTC) is an Indoor Shooting Range and Training Facility providing instruction in all aspects of personal defense as well as recreational shooting.

We are growing at fast rate and need to fill the gaps with more employees! Our facility is seeking applicants for Firearms Sales Assistant.

FIREARM SALES ASSOCIATE (FFL)

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

• MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE or older.
• 1 Year (or more) FFL Sales Experience preferred.
• 1 Year (or more) Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Willing to educate other employees on Firearm Sales.
• Must have an open mind and outgoing personality.
• Must be a team player and work well in a group setting.
• Must be available Weeknights and Weekends
• Military and Law Enforcement backgrounds preferred by not required.
• Maintain safety in shooting ranges with the proper attitude.
• Learn and implement GTC customer service policies & procedures.
• Assisting staff with checking in and checking out customers to the range.
• Explain range and firearm handling procedures to customers.
• Explain functionality of range equipment to customers.
• Explain functionality of all firearms used on the range.
• Immediately analyze, predict, and preclude unsafe situations to ensure training is conducted in a safe and responsible manner.
• Learn to promptly, appropriately and decisively follow GTC emergency standards and procedures in situations where personal safety of clients, staff, or others may be threatened.
• Assist staff with maintaining inventory in the proshop as well as assisting other employees on day to day tasks.
