Full description of the position

Vice President of Sales Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Design targeted sales campaigns to penetrate new markets and increase revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Sales Team Leadership and Structure:
  • Build and lead high-performing sales teams across regions or product lines.
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics for sales personnel.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.
  • Sales Campaign Management:
  • Create and oversee sales campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and effective lead generation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Develop robust reporting mechanisms to track sales performance, pipeline, and KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales progress and challenges.
  • Forecast sales targets and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Address client concerns, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage client feedback to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
  • Financial Oversight and Budgeting:
  • Manage sales budgets, resource allocation, and cost control.
  • Optimize resource utilization to maximize ROI.
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive healthcare sales experience, including executive leadership roles.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in structuring and leading sales teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
