Full description of the position

Thrive LA Inc. is looking for an Entry-level Account Executive to join our team! We are a sales and marketing firm that excels in the growth and maintenance of our clients business customer bases. We hold the highest integrity with our clients and value building genuine relationships to directly connect them and their target markets.

We represent Amazon Business which is a platform specifically catered towards SMB to mid-market business accounts. Because we are expanding substantially, we are looking for highly motivated entry-level professionals to fill our Account Executive role in hopes of finding an individual we can cross-train into the next Market Director position. We specialize in acquiring our clients' new business accounts in the greater Los Angeles area. In addition, we are contracted to maintain existing business customer relationships on behalf of our clients

Responsibilities of Entry-Level Account Executive:

  • Be knowledgeable about the products and services our client offers to new and existing customers
  • Identify prospective customers through business-to-business sales
  • One-on-one sales presentations to close
  • Territory management and organization
  • Reach agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs every month

Requirements for Account Executive role:

  • Bachelor or Associate degree, preferred
