The Opportunity
Commercial Trailer Sales & Leasing Account Manager
UTL is looking to add an Sales & Leasing Account Manager to our small team in Blaine, MN. Do you have experience in the transportation or leasing industry? You enjoy developing and maintaining professional relationships. You are an ambitious and results-focused salesperson who understands effective customer service and the value of face-to-face communication. This is the perfect role for you!
- Full-Time position in Blaine, MN
- Schedule: Monday Friday, Has flexibility determining their weekly work schedule
- Rate: Base rate of $65,000yr + commission
- Regional travel required; vehicle provided
The Job
- Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads
- Traveling to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales
- Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales
- Provide and/or communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and forecast of key account metrics to management
- Assist customers in setting up commercial credit accounts
- Obtain long-term leases and rental needs for semi-trailers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Outside Sales and/or Account Manager experience
- Equipment knowledge is a must
- Drivers License
- Proficient in managing Contact Management Systems
- Intermediate computer and business proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
