Job Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service; automotive sales experience preferred.

- Proficiency in using CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress.

Compensation & Pay Plan:
At Nissan of Tustin, we value transparency and fairness in our compensation structure. Base Pay: We offer a competitive base salary, ensuring financial stability from the start, with no draw against commissions.
- Base pay:
- Earn 15.50$ per hour worked.
- Commission Structure:
- Front End Commission: Accrue 22% of front end commissions, of all units sold, once you've sold 8 units, rewarding your sales achievements and dedication.
- Back End Commission: Accrue 5% of back end commissions, of all units sold, once you've sold 10 units, rewarding your sales achievements and dedication.
- Unit Bonus:
- 15 units sold: Earn an additional 75$ per each unit sold
- 17 units sold: Earn an additional 90$ per each unit sold
- 20 units sold: Earn an additional 100$ per each unit sold
