Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining inventory control. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties (other duties may be assigned as needed):
*Answering phones, replying to emails in a timely manner
*Multitasking, computer skills a must, a willingness to learn
*Greeting customers, pleasant & polite customer service skills, assisting customers in finding product, building relationships, maintain professionalism at all times *Able to follow rules and directions
*Must be responsible, well-groomed and punctual with time & attendance
*Must be physically able to lift heavy merchandise
*Must work Saturday (day off during the week)
*Available to work OT and day off occasionally if needed

Requirements:
*Previous experience in sales or customer service in the building materials & millwork industry preferred
*Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus *High School diploma/GED preferred
*Experience a plus in the building materials & millwork industry
*Physical and Intellectual work
*Push, pull, kneel, squat and lift 50 lbs or more
*Ability to work independently
*Good communication skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
