Responsibilities:
- Conduct telemarketing and warm calling to potential customers
- Engage in outbound calling to generate leads and drive sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipeline
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

-Must love to talk to people on the phone and have great communication skills

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer data and track sales activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
