Amerilodge Group is a growing hotel management company. We have multiple branded hotels in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Our corporate office is in Bloomfield Hills, MI. Amerilodge Group is a rapidly growing hospitality company with hotels throughout Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. We provide a solid Corporate Support Structure to our Hotel Management so that they can focus on guests and staff on a daily basis.

Amerilodge Group, a growing hospitality management company in Bloomfield Hills, is looking for a Director of Revenue Management to join our Senior Leadership team. The ideal candidate will have previous Revenue Management experience in multiple hospitality brands, such as IHG, Marriott, and Hilton. The position will be a hybrid one, spending part of your time working remote, and at least 2-3 days in the Corporate Office in Bloomfield Hills. If this sounds like you, submit your resume today!
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop pricing strategies and optimize sales performance
- Utilize technology sales tools, such as Salesforce, to track and manage sales activities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify new revenue streams and opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in revenue management or a related field
- Previous Hospitality Experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and sales data
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using technology sales tools, such as Salesforce
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to analyze business performance and make data-driven decisions
