Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for creating and managing email and SMS follow-up sequences in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) platform. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales staff by ensuring effective communication with leads and prospects throughout the sales process.

Duties:

-Develop and implement email and SMS follow-up sequences to engage leads and prospects.

- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and correspondence

- Utilize our CRM and VOIP platform to create and manage communication sequences, ensuring timely and relevant follow-up.

- Maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed

- Monitor the performance of email and SMS sequences, analyzing metrics to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services

- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts

- Continuously improve and refine communication strategies based on feedback and data analysis.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in spreadsheet creation and management

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
