The Mobile Recall Team is growing and we need Territory Managers who are eager to take our team to the next level!

The Opportunity:
If you are experienced and strong in online searching tools and have the ability to create strong relationships with our Independent Sales and Service Providers, you may be a good fit.

We are seeking a leader who is driven and hungry to drive a team for success, goal oriented, and performance focused.

Territory Managers will be tasked with the following:

• Manage and schedule a team of Automotive Recall Technicians in your territory.
• Monitor inventory levels and order parts as needed
• Online research to find recall vehicles at independent automotive facilities
• Texting, emailing, and calling potential customers
• Scheduling appointment and relaying information to management
• Share recommendations for improvement or new ideas for scouting

You should possess great communication skills and keep organized and detailed notes. Appointment setting skills is a must along with communicating with our Service Director, Service Departments, Parts Department and Recall Technicians on your progress.

Prior automotive service experience is a plus but not necessary for consideration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of technicians, including training and scheduling
• Manage parts inventory levels for your territory and order parts as needed.
• Online Research to find Recall Vehicles in many States
• Contacting and Following Up with Independent Sales and Service Providers on a daily basis
• Texting, Emailing and Calling potential Customers and ISP's
• Communicating between Customers, ISP's, Managers, Service, Parts and Recall Technicians
• Increasing awareness of the companys desire to complete as many Recalls as possible
• Regularly reporting your findings to the Service Director
• Making recommendations for improvement or new ideas for scouting
• Representing the best interests of our Recall Teams
• Travel within your assigned territory throughout the week.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel Monday through Friday, hotels covered by the company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a process and grow it
• Exceptional skills using technology and online researching tools and Google Docs
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
