Taylor Implement Company is a full-service Claas Ag Equipment Dealer with Locations in Yuma CO, Greeley CO, Hoxie KS and coming soon Granada CO. Specializing in Jaguar Forage Harvesters, Lexion Combines, Axion and Xerion tractors. We also support a full line of Vermeer, Kioti and Deutz Fahr equipment. Taylor Implement specializes in Hay and Forage equipment and we are one of the largest Hay and Forage dealers in the United States. We have been in the agricultural business for over 51 years and staff over 35 employees within the three Locations. Taylor Implement is seeking to hire an Ag Equipment Sales Person in the Granada CO Location to assist in the growth of our dealership.

To be successful in this position you will need the following:

Responsibilities include:

Good writing and communication skills

Maintain Current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment

Collect and maintain customer information

Conduct New/Used Equipment Field Demonstrations

Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with the purchase of new or used equipment

Follow defined sales processes

Personal and professional integrity

Attend Sales Training Events and Seminars

Maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment

Qualifications Include:

Must be able to use a computer for dealership business system.

Must work collaboratively with technicians, parts people and other sales personnel.

Ability to accomplish organizational goals and obtain results through others

Strong work ethic

Demonstrated ability to initiate, expedite, and complete the sales process

Ability to positively react to change in environment, process and people

Job may require longer work hours during summer and harvest seasons, or as work load demands.

A valid Drivers' License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Status to operate company service vehicles.
