Title: Business-to-Business Sales Representative - Food & Beverage Industry

Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Business-to-Business Sales Representative in the thriving food and beverage industry. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a drive to build strong relationships with business clients. As part of our team, you will play a key role in promoting our high-quality juice products in bulk to businesses, fostering partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

We are a trading firm specialized in Imports and distribution of raw materials for bottles and processors. With presence over 42 countries, not only importing to the US but also focusing on exports or agricultural products globally.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and acquire new business clients within the food & beverage industry, grocery stores, and other relevant establishments.

2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our juice products.

5. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvement.

6. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with clients to maximize profitability and maintain competitive advantage.

7. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management, tracking progress against goals and identifying areas for improvement.

8. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

9. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand, generate leads, and expand business opportunities.

10. Uphold company values and standards of professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field experience in sales (preferred) Bilingual is a plus (Spanish or Portuguese)

2. Proven track record of success in business-to-business sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients at all levels.

4. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

5. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excell.

7. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and industry conferences.
