Position Overview
Successful and established State Farm Insurance agent located in Elkhart, Indiana is looking for a customer-oriented and personable service representative to join my team. I am looking for an energetic person that is interested in helping my clients deal with their insurance needs. I want a person who preferably has been recently employed by a State Farm agent and is up to date on all State Farm processes.
Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as for billing and informational purposes.
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to insurance inquiries, quoting insurance for customers, eligibility, coverages, billing clarifications, policy changes, transfers, payments, and claim submissions.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Property and Casualty license prior to employment a MUST

This positions is with a State Farm Insurance independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors that hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
