Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and developments
- Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and ethical practices in all interactions
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors
- Manage properties for clients, including overseeing maintenance and repairs

Skills:
- Strong sales skills to effectively negotiate and close deals
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and other professionals in the industry
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and property values
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
