Due to a new client partnership, we are actively hiring an Event Sales Associate to join our team as we continue to surpass expectations in client sales, consumer engagement, and outreach goals.

We are looking for a future Event Sales Associate who can recognize customer needs through brief discussions within the local region by attending community outreach events. Event Sales Associate Position Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the sales process for client products and services through direct communication with new customers
• Provide product and service recommendations based upon the customers lifestyle and needs
• Approach customers at events with friendly and respectful communication to prompt conversation and initiate the sales process
• Collaborate with other Event Sales Associates and management to build on customer service options given current sales options
• Build a sound understanding of the communications industry and client developments to properly represent client offerings
• Train on client protocol, products, promotions, event sales, and specialized discounts to service potential customers appropriately
• Approach customers with friendly and respectful communication to prompt conversation and initiate the sales process

Our Next Event Sales Associate Will:

• Have professional and effective communication skills
• Be enthusiastic about working with others both within the office and with potential consumers
• Take the time to collaborate with other office departments and fellow Retail Customer Service Associates to build more sales, customer service, and product knowledge
• Pay attention to market dynamics and work with upper management to meet industry standards for sales, engagement, and service

Basic Qualifications for the Event Sales Associate Position:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous knowledge of customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred
• Ability to absorb entry-level training and implement it in consumer-focused situations
• Practical communication skills, whether working in the office or with potential customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
