Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Sales Representative - Direct Store Delivery (DSD). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our company-owned vehicle to deliver our products to various retail locations, including grocery stores, delis, and gas stations. This role involves not only delivering our products but also ensuring they are prominently displayed in-store and actively selling to store managers or owners. Additionally, the Sales Representative will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and creating efficient delivery routes.

Responsibilities:

• Drive company-owned vehicle to deliver snack products to retail locations within assigned territory.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked in-store to maximize sales opportunities.
• Actively engage with store managers or owners to promote and sell our products.
• Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Create and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to the appropriate department.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with the retail industry and DSD processes is a plus.
