Our Independent Insurance Agency is rapidly growing and has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Lines Producer/Sales Agent. We offer plenty room for growth in a positive, energetic and modern work environment. We have an office in Lee's Summit and Independence you may choose whatever location works best for you.

Looking for someone with Commercial Insurance Experience!

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a sales and some customer service work required position!

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Handle inside sales and service for existing customers
• Prospect new and existing accounts
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Convert leads to sales through text, phone, or email by rapidly responding to customers who have requested a quote on our site.
• Adapt to new an everchanging technology as we build our processes and workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experienced: You have at least 2 years of Insurance experience preferred.
• Property and Causality License a must
• Digital: You have above-average computer skills. Applied Management experience preferred.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
