We are a fast-growing Cricket Wireless store in Worcester, MA, seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, promoting Cricket Wireless products and services, and achieving sales targets.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing product information to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to think strategically and creatively to find solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide customer service and support.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Generate sales leads and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
• Negotiate sales contracts with customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay abreast of industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Required)
