Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in sales.

Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong negotiation, marketing, and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in account management, outside sales, or construction supply sales is a plus
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results
- Proven track record in business development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
