TalkMore Wireless is America's most exciting Metro by T-Mobile authorized dealer!

We are seeking qualified individuals to be part of our Metro by T-Mobile store sales team! We are looking for experienced leaders that are motivated, enthusiastic and enjoy being part of a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented, commission sales, retail store environment. Wireless sales and bilingual [English/Spanish] is a PLUS, with the right personality, drive, and willingness to learn. The candidate would be responsible for assisting customers with cellphone-related issues and driving sales of devices, phone accessories and data plans. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the stores profitability.

Qualifications for the position:

* Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role

* Understanding of the retail sales process

* Track record of achieving sales quotas

* You are available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays

* You can pass a background check and drug screening

* You are 18+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent

* You are legally permitted to work in the US

* You have your own internet or Wi-Fi enabled smartphone.
