Moxie Pest Control is BOOMING in the Phoenix Valley, and we are very excited to be looking for several additional phenomenal office members to join our growing team.

• Multiple full-time Office Expert positions are available
• Shifts available Monday-Saturday
• Variety of shift times available
• 40 hours a week guaranteed (for full-time)

As an office care expert, you are empowered to make decisions that directly affect your career as well as our company's success. In your first few months, you will learn how to effectively and efficiently help all types of customers, mainly through outbound phone calls and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities

We are looking to immediately fill customer service positions. This position includes speaking with customers over the phone. Specific duties/roles may include:

• Make outbound calls to schedule termite inspections for new or existing customers
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in handling objections to successfully book appointments
• Respond to emails and text messages for existing customers
• Work closely with the termite service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient scheduling.
• Complete calls dealing with billing, warranties, and quality assurance follow up as needed
• Update customer information in the database with accuracy
• Complete administrative tasks (data entry, auditing, etc.)
• Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on the latest pest control solutions and customer service techniques
• Dance party coordination
• A million other possibilities

This position has the opportunity for quick advancement. The pay range is a starting amount for this department. If you are hardworking, positive, and detail-oriented you WILL be rewarded. We love to promote from within and more money can be earned in higher level roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
