CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and pricing calculations
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
