Job Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls and walk-ins.

Identify and understand client needs to ensure satisfaction.

Handle quoting, endorsements and take ownership of the renewal process.

Cultivate enduring relationships with clients through clear and engaging communication.

Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.

Address complaints promptly, offering effective solutions and ensuring resolution.

Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and process accounts accordingly.

Minimum 3+ years of client service experience in personal or commercial lines insurance.

Possession of a Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system experience.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
