Full description of the position

Qualifications:

• Experience in the HVAC or related mechanical industry.
• Prior experience in account management, with a proven track record of generating revenue and managing customer accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork.

Duties:

• Daily tracking of all customer activity.
• Providing customers with a timely response to their needs while helping to utilize our labor resources in the most efficient way.
• Construct new agreements and contracts tailored for each client.
• Regularly scheduled visits and communication with the customer base.
• Maintain an inventory of HVAC materials and evaluate the changing needs of each customer.
• Provide customers with estimates for facility repairs.
• In office Monday Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
