Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Pest Control Sales Hunter. In this role, you will be responsible for aggressively pursuing new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the pest control industry. As a vital member of our sales team, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients in the pest control industry.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, utilizing CRM software to track progress and prioritize activities.
- Initiate contact with decision-makers, build rapport, and present compelling solutions to address their pest control challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to strategize and execute effective sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the pest control or related industry.
- Strong prospecting and networking skills, with the ability to uncover opportunities and establish meaningful connections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
