Oliver Technologies, Inc. is America's leading manufacturer and supplier of manufactured housing foundation products.

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is full-time (40 Hours per Week) and located in an office environment in Keene, TX. Account Representatives are responsible for establishing contact with current and potential customers, taking orders, identifying new opportunities, following up on potential leads and building new customer relationships. Account Representatives monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue, working closely with an outside sales team. Inside Account Representatives not only sell but also provide product support and technical expertise to accounts, leads, inspectors, etc.

Qualifications/ Skills:

• Proficient in Sales
• 2+ years sales experience, cold calling a plus
• Bilingual, Spanish
• Strong computer/ analytical skills
• Understanding/ experience with CRM software.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in building/ construction/ manufactured home industry a plus.

SALARY: Compensation is based on experience, plus Commission Bonus Program. Commission Structure will be reviewed in greater detail to all potential candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
