Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced dealership General Manager to oversee the operations of our company. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including sales, customer service, and team management. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage day-to-day operations of the business, including sales, customer service, and employee management
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide training, and address any issues or concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors and Ford Motor Co.
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
- Conduct outside sales activities, including calling on commercial customers and negotiating contracts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory management and control

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dealership management roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Strong sales background with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
