EPS is hiring!!! We are a family owned business with 35 employees in Beaumont TX in operation for 40 years.

Seeking sales associate/expeditor with basic HVAC experience. Identification and understanding of basic HVAC systems/parts/equipment as well as strong typing and computer skills are required.

Job duties:

• Display excellent people skills with customers and EPS staff.
• Display extreme proficiency in communications (email, phone, etc.)
• Handle various emails and calls for quotations on parts and equipment to customers and EPS service technicians/staff.
• Navigate and utilize EPS inventory system, various online parts systems for pricing and availability, reach out to EPS vendors for quotations on buy-and-sell goods.
• Source pricing and place orders for various items for EPS sales tickets from vendors.
• Follow up on existing orders for completeness and processing status.
• Provide updates and estimated shipment dates for orders to customers/sales/management.
• Assist other sales staff with writing up formal quotes and organizing sales efforts.
• Assist with organizing and processing order fulfillment/shipments/etc. as needed.
• Up-sell additional products or services to customers.
• Up-sell EPS service department repair, instillation, and maintenance services.

Skills required:

• REQUIRED: Previous basic experience with HVAC parts/equipment
• REQUIRED: Proficiency in email, excel, word, and other computer systems
• REQUIRED: Proficiency in typing skills
• REQUIRED: Learning and absorbing on-job training from existing staff
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate effectively between EPS departments and suppliers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This position will be based at our office at 6280 Westwood Blvd, Beaumont TX. At our company, we value our employees and offer competitive pay rates and benefits. Minor traveling for customer face-to-face meetings at times. In addition to competitive hourly pay, we offer overtime availability as needed and bonus payments/profit sharing based on job and company performance. Starting pay will depend on experience in both sales and HVAC knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
