Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Consultant to join our team. As a B2B Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar maintenance services to construction and roofing companies. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our company. Additionally, you will rarely sell residential and commercial solar systems.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building

- Managing past and new accounts job orders

- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to customize product offerings

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts (in Hubspot CRM)

- Get involved in networking events, conferences, conventions, and industry organizations

- Public speaking - present our product/service to prospects and train them on our services

Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year roofing sales experience and 1 year solar sales experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers

- Ability to analyze market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

Base + commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
