As CX Sales Representatives at IGT Glass Hardware, your success is defined by your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective sales strategies, impeccable communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

In this role at IGT Glass Hardware, you will embody Sales Excellence by proactively engaging in outbound calls to introduce our products and services. Your role involves providing comprehensive product information, addressing customer inquiries with tailored solutions, and seamlessly navigating the entire sales process from initial contact to successful deal closures. In the realm of Customer Assistance, you'll be dedicated to delivering outstanding support, ensuring each customer has a positive and memorable experience. By addressing concerns, troubleshooting effectively, and maintaining a customer-centric approach, you aim to leave a lasting impression. Your commitment to delivering a Wow Experience means going above and beyond, identifying opportunities to surprise and delight customers, and striving to turn every interaction into a positive and memorable experience. With Language Proficiency in both English and Spanish, you will foster clear and accurate communication, building understanding and trust. Your Sales Expertise will shine as you leverage your skills to identify upselling opportunities, employ effective techniques, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through strategic selling and relationship-building. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education a plus.
• 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Previous experience in upselling or cross-selling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
