Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote Serra Medical Group's services and engage potential patients.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to build relationships with local organizations, businesses, and individuals.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Serra Medical Group, ensuring a professional and positive representation of our core values.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for maximizing outreach and engagement.
