Essential Job Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed the dealership's monthly minimum standard for sales volume.

Greet and assist every guest or find someone who can.

Assist guests and ask about their wants and needs in selecting the best vehicle for them.

Describe each vehicles features, value, and performance, including available options.

Offer test drives to every guest and follow dealership protocol regarding proper identification, etc. in advance of test drive.

Properly complete vehicle transactions and process associated documents according to dealership guidelines.

Do a quality delivery of every vehicle to reinforce guests purchase decision and satisfaction.

Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, "we-owes", and special requests to be sure that all guests expectations are met.

Build repeat and referral business by following up with every guest to ensure their needs have been met.

Stay up to date on all manufacturers products and sales training requirements.

Attending all sales and training meetings as scheduled by management.

Work with management to create reasonable sales performance goals with monthly income targets and develop strategies to achieve them.

Handle guest concerns/complaints and resolve as necessary while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
