Signarama, the world's largest sign franchise, is seeking experienced, sign-industry customer service/inside sales representatives for our team serving the Detroit/Metropolitan area.

The Customer Service Representative - officially Client Accounts Specialist (CAS) - is a key role within our organization. The CAS is the in-house representative for our clients and is responsible for ensuring complete and accurate information from sales to production, on-time progress and excellent ongoing communication with clients.

. Requirements:

• MINIMUM two years experience in sign industry sales or customer service
• A warm, friendly, caring demeanor
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
• Ability to keep track of many projects multi-tasker and organized
• Excellent communications skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Confidence and comfort with learning new software

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:

• Ensure Client Satisfaction
• Respond to all inquiries expeditiously
• Oversee projects from beginning to end
• Be the inhouse client advocate
