We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will provide support to the sales team and assist in achieving sales targets. Currently, we are hiring for full-time a full time Sales Assistant in our Oakland Park, FL Office!
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
Must be comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people! We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-motivated and outgoing person to support our recruitment sales team. Our ideal candidate has knowledge of sales and customer service best practices and will ultimately contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations while continuously improving daily functions and understanding how this role impacts other departments. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Assist Sales staff with Data entry into various systems.
- Prepare candidate presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client billing interactions, and transactions.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely start of placed candidates.
- Creating job summaries and posting jobs to our job boards.
- Maintain office supply stock and replenish as needed.
- Help Account Managers with Service contracts.
- Provide IT Support duties for Basic Computer problems in congruency with our IT partner. You will be the go between to help fix computer malfunctions.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining all company social media accounts.
- Sending confirmation letters out to clients and candidates.
- Provide billing and reporting support as needed by tracking sales team members metrics and reporting to leadership team.
- Review and process all pending placement orders, extension requests, and team documentation into the database.
- Assist company president with database data entry projects and organization.
- Design, present, and utilize client E-mail / Phone Marketing Campaigns.
- Uploading administrative documents and data to company internal systems.
- Initiate and manage new employee desk set ups for Sales Teams.
- Work with the president, leadership team, and account managers to continue growing and understanding the workflow of the recruiting industry.
- Assist back-office support staff with Logistical travel bookings for traveling workers.
- Daily communication and cross training with the Sales and Marketing team
- We are a small dynamic team and other projects and needs within the sales team can and will arise throughout the year.
- This position reports to CEO and Director of Recruitment Operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or Bachelors
- 2-4 years of experience providing Administrative/Sales Support
- Experience utilizing excellent written and oral business communication skills.
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously.
